Postage

All prints are made to order and posted within 2 to 5 working days. Postage costs are per order for prints only. If you’d like a framed print please get in touch and this can be arranged, framed prints postage is cost per unit. Framed orders may take up to 10 working days to be fulfilled prior to postage.

UK postage

UK orders are posted via Royal Mail and will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days from order.

EU postage

EU orders are posted via the local postage service company. Delivery durations may differ from the above.

Returns

Returns due to damaged or faulty goods are accepted.

If your print is faulty or damaged contact me within 14 days of delivery and post the faulty or damaged item back within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations are not accepted as each order is custom made.

If you do have any issues with your order, please do contact me as soon as possible.

Conditions of Return:

For damaged goods, Jevon Adams Photography will cover reasonable cost of postage.

For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If a returned item is not in its original condition the buyer is responsible for the loss in value of the item.
